How to Delete Your Account on FilipinoBlush
To delete your account in the FilipinoBlush app, follow these steps:
- Open the App: Log in to your FilipinoBlush account.
- Go to Profile: Tap on the Profile icon located on the bottom bar.
- Access Settings: Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the Settings menu.
- Deactivate Your Account: Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and select Deactivate Account.
After your account is deleted, we delete all the data associated with it from the production database.
These data are:
Login Information: Email address and encrypted password.
User Settings: Choices related to the App’s appearance, such as color theme preferences.
Profile Information: Data displayed to other users, including name, date of birth, photo, and interests.
Search Preferences: User-defined criteria for searching other profiles, including location-based filters.
User Actions: Activities within the App, such as interactions with other users that enable the App’s core functions.
Chat Data: Information related to using the chat feature with other users.
User Activity: Data necessary for other unspecified functions, such as limits on likes and messages.
Technical Data: Information used to address reported technical issues, such as IP address and App usage logs.
Reports: Data related to reporting other users for violations of the Terms of Use.
We store those data in a backup database for emergency cases for no more than 90 days after you delete your account. After these 90 days, all your data are deleted for good.
